Here is a three-step model that normally is followed, with our prestigious clients to accomplish any project.

Step - I (Client’s Approach)

• Client sends the exact scope of works inform of files or ideas.

• Study of files by Designers

• Violet Media sends feedback along with the Proposal.

• Client releases the work order along with the singing amount.

Step - II (Production Process)

We proceed with the project as per our standard process.

• Concept Design / Rough Sketch

• Feedback /Approval By Client

- Modeling/Designing

- Camera placement /Animation lock

- Lighting/Rendering

• Preview with water mark shall be sent for client approval.

Step – III (Delivery & Documentation)

• Client suggests any post production changes if required.

• Any major changes if required at this stage are billed extra.

• Final Edit

• Invoices generate for the same.

• The project is delivered along with the clearance of balance amount through an FTP or CD or Print format (as per project requirement).
